I would like to invite you to a short break holiday to Great Malvern.
The cost is £345 per person for 3 days and 2 nights, which includes:
– Luxury Scotland & Bates coach travel throughout
– Two nights at the 4* Abbey Hotel (including breakfast and evening meals)
– A full sightseeing programme (please see the attached brochure for details)
Optional Supplements:
Standard Single Room: £50.00 (limited availability; first-come, first-served
Double Room for single occupancy: £90.00
Morgan Car Factory Tour (including lunch): £25.00 per person
Booking and Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit of £100 per person is required to secure your spot. You may pay via:
– Bank Transfer: Probus Club of Ashford, Sort Code: 30-90-28, Account Number: 00152820. Please use the reference: [Your Surname][Initial] Holiday.
– Cheque: Payable to “Probus Club of Ashford.” You can deliver this to me at the next meeting or post it to: Upper Granary Court, Granary Court Rd., Smeeth, Ashford TN25 6RE.

Important Information:
Bookings are taken on a first-come, first-served basis and are only confirmed once the deposit is received. Probus Members have initial priority. If you have non-member friends who wish to join, please email me and I will add them to a waiting list.
As in previous years, I will set up a WhatsApp group for those attending to share regular updates.

Ashford Probus Club Main Holiday 2026 HOME
Dear Friends
A number of you may be aware that Jill and I recently stayed at the hotel in the Brecon Beacons that we were looking to use as our base for the 2026 holiday. We came to the conclusion that whilst the hotel had many excellent features it would not be suitable for our club members and guests.
We therefore visited another hotel in Wales, The Dunoon in Llandudno 4* hotel accommodation with 2 AA rosettes for Culinary Excellence, which we think will make an excellent base for our holiday and I would therefore like to invite you to our 2026 holiday to Llandudno & North Wales.
The cost is £895 for 6 days 5 nights and includes:
- Luxury Scotland & Bates coach travel throughout
- Five nights bed, breakfast and evening meal. There is a lift to all floors and a selection of rooms with showers and baths so please indicate your preference on the booking form.
- Full sightseeing programme and please see the attached brochure
Excellent Single Room Supplement Price
There is a choice for singles: a Standard single is £100 – Max 4. To be reserved on a first come first served basis.
Double for single occupancy – £150 – Max 5 (for now)
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit for £100 per person is required and you can pay by either bank transfer or cheque.

Like previous years, for those who use whatsapp, I will be setting up a whatsapp group to provide regular information about the holiday.
Please complete the booking form as soon as possible, as bookings will be taken on a first come, first serve basis – but your booking will only be confirmed when your deposit is received. Initially Probus members & prospective members will be given priority however if you have friends who aren’t members who wish to come please email me as I will create a waiting list on a first come first served basis
