Probus brings together retired and semi-retired professionals and businesspeople. Founded in the UK in 1965, it now has clubs across the country and around the world.
The Culm Valley Club meets monthly at the John Talack Centre in Cullompton; further details are available on the website. Our meetings offer fellowship and opportunities to broaden our interests. After refreshments, we hold a brief 10–15-minute business meeting, followed by a guest talk on a wide range of topics. We then continue the fellowship over a meal at a local eatery.

We arrange enjoyable, informative trips to local attractions, often ending with a pub meal on the journey home. Each December, we also hold our annual Christmas dinner.
New members and visitors are always welcome. We welcome both ladies and gentlemen. I would invite you to attend one or two meetings before deciding whether to join.
