Sunbury-on-Thames

 The Probus club of Sunbury

We are one of 1500 clubs around the country which promote good fellowship for retired business and professional gentlemen. We have been going for the past 50 years and currently have about 50 members.

A regular lunch is held on the second Monday of each month at the Holiday Inn, Felix Lane, off Fordbridge Road, Sunbury on Thames. Members enjoy a reasonably priced drink and a 2 course lunch. This followed by a guest speaker talking on a variety of interesting topics.

Pub lunches with lady guests are also a regular feature, visiting one of many excellent pubs in the area. We also organise short holidays both at home and abroad.

Other activities are trips to places of interest and occasional theatre visits to venues in Richmond, Windsor, Guildford etc.

The club is non-political, non-sectarian and has members from a wide variety of professional and business backgrounds. We welcome new members and are open to ideas for new activities.
