The High Wycombe Probus Club was established in April 1970.
We meet on the 3rd Thursday of every month at 12 noon for 12.30pm for a formal lunch at the Hazlemere Golf Club, Penn Road, Hazlemere, Bucks HP15 7LR, where other than during April for our Annual General Meeting and December for the traditional Christmas lunch, we invite a guest speaker covering a variety of interesting subjects. We are a mixed gender group and encourage our Members’ to invite guests who may consider membership. Outings are arranged as and when we are able, according to interest.

Although fundraising is not normally within the terms of the Constitution it should be mentioned that thanks to the generosity of our Members, we have been able during 2024 to donate to several charities, including to Dementia UK, ScannAppeal and to BOPAG and to those chosen by the families of four of our deceased members. We have continued in 2025 with our giving to local good causes by donations to Wycombe Talking Newspapers and Wycombe Homeless
